Shipping, Return & Refund Policies.

Shipping:

How to get FREE SHIPPING with Glam Gardener NYC:

  • USA: FREE SHIPPING on all stickers
  • USA: FREE SHIPPING on orders $50
  • CANADA: FREE SHIPPING on orders $100+
  • ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: FREE SHIPPING on orders $150+

Shipping within the United States:

  • FREE SHIPPING on all stickers and USA orders $50+
  • Orders under $50 will incur a flat rate of $6.99.

Shipping outside of the United States:

  • FREE SHIPPING on Canadian orders over $100
  • FREE SHIPPING on all other International orders over $150
  • $20 flat rate shipping on Canadian orders under $100
  • $35 flat rate shipping on all other International orders under $150

We require a signature delivery on ALL international orders over $100. We will email you after you order to confirm your duty to sign for your package. You will be sent a tracking number via email, and we recommend that you sign up for alerts to ensure you are available to sign for your package upon arrival. We enforce this policy for your package's safety.

Sustainable Shipping:

We ship all packages in compostable and recyclable packaging with post-consumer shredded paper to protect all orders.

Fulfillment time:

We typically fulfill orders Tuesday - Friday. Your order ships from our facility within 1-3 days. You'll receive your tracking number via email. We ship standard USPS and UPS to keep your shipping costs low and affordable.

Shipping time:

All packages ship from the New York/New Jersey region. Once the postal carrier has your package, it should take 2-3 days to reach nearby states and 5-7 business days to reach farther regions. These are estimates provided by the postal carriers. Shipping times may vary. You will be able to track your package using your tracking number.

In very rare cases, during our busy Market & Event season, orders may take up to 1 week to ship. Thank you for giving us grace in shipping your handcrafted items! 

Rush shipments:

If you’d like to request expedited shipping, contact us directly. We are happy to accommodate your need for speedy shipping if we can.

Missing, Late, or Damaged Packages:

If your package is missing, late, damaged, or otherwise need assistance with your shipment, contact us directly via the Contact Us page linked to the footer menu of our website.

We will communicate with the postal carrier on your behalf and do whatever we can to ensure you receive your package. 

Damaged Packages:

Glam Gardener NYC takes the upmost care in packaging your orders with love. If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us first. If an item is damaged in shipment, please contact us and we will happily resolve the issue by providing a refund or a replacement.

If an item arrives damaged, you will be asked to provide photo evidence. If you are unable to provide photo evidence of your claim, you may not be refunded.

Missing Packages:

If your package is missing, please contact us and expect to provide information so that we can process your claim.

Please note that USPS will not allow us to process a claim for your missing package until 15 days after the intended arrival date.

This is because most missing packages show up within a couple of days after being marked as delivered. 

We promise to do our best in getting to the root of the issue and have made many customers happy in doing so.

Non-refundable Items:

All consumable products are non-refundable due to safety and sanitary reasons. This includes, but is not limited to herbal teas, elderberry syrup, fire cider, wildflower syrups, smoke blends, oils, and salves.

This is a standard policy across the board from small shops like ours to large international corporations.

We are happy to refund or replace an item that is defective, damaged in shipment, or otherwise not-usable. Please contact us if there is an issue with your item upon arrival.

We can not provide refunds based on preference, i.e. liking or disliking the flavor or aroma of the product you ordered. We encourage customers to order our many small and sample sized products or visit us in person at one of our many Markets & Events to try our products before ordering large quantities.

Returns or exchanges for unused and unopened items:

If you would like to return or exchange an unopened and unused item that is eligible for returns or refunds, you may be responsible for shipping costs depending on the reason for return. Please contact us to process your request. 

Cancellations:

If you ordered the wrong item or incorrect amount of items, and wish to change your order, please contact us immediately. If you contact us before your item ships and we can fix the issue manually.

If you would like to cancel your order entirely before your item ships, you may be charged a 3% fee. This is because Shopify charges our shop a 3% processing fee for all orders, even in the event of a customer cancellation.

If you cancel your order after it has shipped from our facility, we cannot cancel your order.

Orders marked as fraudulent by Shopify Protect:

If your order is marked as potentially fraudulent, that means Shopify has identified that your credit card does not match your identification. This is a fraud-protection measure, but sometimes this is a mistake on Shopify's behalf.

If this is the case for you, you will be given the option to submit the following items to Glam Gardener NYC in lieu of your order being cancelled: 

  • Your photo ID as proof of your identification.
  • Provide an image of your form of payment with the credit card numbers covered, so that we can ensure your name is associated with your credit/debit card.
  • We will ask you to submit a claim that you will not request a chargeback from your bank and that you are fully responsible for chargebacks on your purchase. You must complete these 3 steps, or
  • We will offer you the option to pay via venmo, cash app, or PayPal for the price of your item.

In the event you are unable to fulfill these requests and your order is marked as fraudulent, you will be refunded for your purchase, but Glam Gardener may hold 3% of your transaction. This is because Shopify charges our shop 3% for each transaction regardless of cancellation.
