Past Education Programming

Curriculum Design & Program Development: We've designed curricula for NYC Department of Education programs, charter schools, summer camps, and nonprofit organizations.

Foraging Tours & Wild Edible Plant Walks through a local green spaces to identify local edible plants: A guided tour through an outdoor space, using all 5 senses to learn about the wild ecosystem, edible plants, native and invasive flora, and local history.

Wildcrafting workshops with natural materials: A sensory crafting experience that introduces kids and adults to the art of wildcrafting. Harvesting and handcrafting plants to make wildflower crowns to celebrate the mid-summer. Infusing medicinal plants into oils and making herbal salves.

Wild & locally harvested plant cooking demonstrations, planting workshops, nature camps, and school-based garden education. Teaching the basics of planting and nourishing a garden. Germination, compost, worms, you name it.
