How does this blend of Goldenrod, Stinging nettle, and Chamomile make you feel?

This tea blend is packed with the highest quality of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and nutrients. It's designed to act as an anti-inflammatory while cleansing the body. Expect relief from allergies, congestion, and inflammation-driven pain from this blend.

How do you make herbal tea?

Bring water to a boil, then use a reusable tea ball to portion one serving of herbal tea in 8-12 ounces of hot water. Infuse for 10 minutes, then drink with someone you love or alone to feel subtly uplifted with your heart open for a new day.
You can also prepare looseleaf herbal tea by infusing hot water with herbal tea for 10 minutes, then straining the plant material from the water using a French press or a sieve/strainer.

Goldenrod is a gentle liver and urinary tract cleanser. When seasonal, we hand-harvest our goldenrod for the highest quality flavor and potency. When it's not in season, we source goldenrod from organic farmers.

It's been used to reduce pain and swelling from inflammation. It's also used as a diuretic to induce cleansing for the urinary tract system by increasing flow. This late summer/early fall flower has been touted for its ability to address allergy symptoms caused by fall blooms. Lastly, Goldenrod contains polyphenols, which are plant-based chemicals that often act as antioxidants.

Stinging nettle: A wild superfood packed with nutrients:

Stinging nettle is a perennial plant that has been used medicinally for ages, dating back as far as Ancient Greece. It's a superfood and common wild-edible used for various purposes.

Its leaves and stems have typically been used to aid in breathing-related problems, including symptoms brought on by allergies. It contains Vitamins A, C, and K, as well as several B vitamins. It is also known to reduce inflammation and lower blood sugar.
